Vibrating feeder is also called grizzly feeder, chute feeder and mining feeder. Vibratory feeder is generally used in stone production line to pass large blocks of stones on to jaw crusher. Feeder machine can transport massive and granular materials to receiving machine evenly and quantificationally, so mechanical feeder is widely used in sand production line.
Vibration feeder generates centrifugal force by the rotating eccentric block, and then force cabinet to vibrate. The materials in the cabinet move towards until arrive at the mouth of receiving machine as vibrating.
The characteristics of feeder machine;
The vibrating grizzly feeder is designed for transporting large-scale materials. Adopting double eccentric shaft vibration exciter guarantees the transportation of large pieces of stone.
Evenly and quantificationally feeding guarantees that receiving machine will not pass its operation load, and avoid that the receiving device will not be locked dead. The grate structure of trunk can coarse screen materials and improve screening effect.
