DSHD-3536-1 Cleveland Open-Cup Flash Point Tester
A:Brief description:
DSHD-3536-1 Cleveland Open-Cup Flash Point Tester is designed according the standards GB/T3536-2008 Test Method for Flash Point and Fire Point of Petroleum Products - Cleveland Open Cup Method,ASTM D92 and ISO2592.
DSHD-3536-1 Cleveland Open-Cup Flash Point Tester is applies to determine the flash point and fire point of petroleum products which flash points higher than 79 ℃ except fuel oils.
B:Main advantages:
1. It adopts technology of single chip machine and LCD screen, English man-machine interface. The heating device is continuously stepless adjustable, Easy to set parameters.
2. The LCD screen has prompt menu, prompt type input for operation interface. It shows set parameters and real-time display sample temperature and other parameters. Press the record key when flash point appearing. The screen will display and save flash point value.
3. It is newly design, having small structure. Stainless steel working table make it elegant and beautiful. The operator can do determination as long as connecting with coal gas or other civil gas. Easy to use and results are exact.
4. It is equipped with wind-shelter and flame extinguishing cover which are accord with requirements of test.
5. Accurate heating rate. The instrument can do test automatically, Operator only need to observe the flash point appearing. The cost performance is high.
C: Main technical specifications and parameters
1.Power supply: AC（220±10%）V·50Hz.
2.Heating device: Electric furnace heating, no naked fire, explosion prevented.The power is adjustable from 0W to 600W. The max heating temperature can reach 400℃.
3.Temperature control: Single chip machine.The heating rate can meet the requirement of GB/T 3536-2008 and ASTM D92.
4.Temperature display: LCD screen shows temperature parameters. The range is 0℃～400℃, accuracy is 0.1℃.
5.Flame application device: Search the flash point automatically.
6.Temperature sensor: PT100 RTD
7.Ignition device: (1) Ignition source: coal gas(or civil gas,the same below)
(2) Bore diameter of spout: 0.8mm
8.Ambient temperature: (-10∼50)℃
9.Relative humidity: ≤85%
10.Overall power consumption: ≤ 650W
