Heating cover is made of rolled steel ring by welding process, for the hook liftingexchange cover position on the upper cover body, a lower supporting foot three supporting furnace cover, bottom is provided with a sand sealing knife, when heated to a heating cover flange pressure can directly in the furnace cover to be sealed in effect, the other two guide rings, so that the heating cover can conveniently and accurately into the furnace seat. The whole fiber lining of aluminum silicate needled felt folded block combination,so that greatly reduces the cover body weight, not only improve the heat preservation effect and reduces the energy consumption. The heating element adopts resistance with homogeneous suspension in the chamber around, and fixed with ceramic screws, sturdy and durable.
