Tips for welding ERW steel pipe
has been widely used in our daily life nowadays as we can see them in water, oil, gas transportation all around us. However, as manufacturer, there are some tips we need to keep in mind in order to have best quality of ERW steel pipe.
Tip 1: slow down welding speed and increase welding current would be a wise choice when positioning welding. It is necessary to preheat for high quality product.
Tip 2: keep inside of the slope as it is weak than other parts of the steel pipe so protecting is important for a long life service.
Tip 3: bending in low temperature as far as manufacturer can which is in order to have a good correction and assembly of welding parts.
Tip 4: low hydrogen or ultra-low hydrogen welding materials' usage would be one of the key points for high quality product.
Tip 5: continuous welding would be the final success point during the whole welding process.
