Factory Coated GFS Leachate Storage Tanks Confirmed To AWWA Standard
Leachate Storage Tanks are designed to store leachate, which is the water is being extracted from the site. Leachate is highly corrosive depending on the variability of the composition, and need tanks and containers with excellent corrosion resistance to store it.
When the composition and toxicity of leachate varies from one landfill to another landfill, one can not be too careful when storing such a volatile substance. If not properly supervised or contained, leachate can seep through the water table and into the ground water.
