1. 2. CANDID wire gluing machine will glue the flattened wire three times to make the final staple pin stronger. So it will not be divided when it’s used in staple gun.3. Our staple pin production line has two sets of straightening device so that the feeding wire will be more smooth and straight.

Description

Staple pins are widely used in office, school, and industry. They are mainly used to bind books, paper boxes, wooden boxes and kinds of furniture. Staple pins have a variety of sizes, according to different usage (for paper or wooden), the length of the staple pins and the hardness of the raw materials are also different.CANDID staple pin production line is suitable for making various kinds of staple pins with galvanized round iron wire as raw materials, especially for industry staple pin. The whole production line totally has three machines: Wire flattening machine, wire gluing machine and staple pin forming machine. The capacity is 70 times than single staple pin making machine.Our staple pin production line has already exported to many countries, such as United State, India, Russia, Nepal, Nigeria and so on.
