The Gel Deep Cycle Battery with Different Voltage
The gel battery series is designed to meet the requirements of frequent cycling and high temperature applications. Such as broadband, solar and other through the latest gel technology. Gel power battery uses high purity pyrolytic silica of German origin to form thixotropic gels and fill with vacuum batteries to ensure full penetration of electrolytes through partitions and plate pastes. The most common gel power battery voltage is 12v, and there are different capacities such as 100ah, 102ah, 150ah, 200ah, etc.
A deep circulation gel cell is a lead-acid cell regulated by a rubber valve, in which a predetermined amount of electrolyte is mixed with sulfuric acid and silicon smoke.
This chemical reaction produces a fixed, gelatinous mass. Gel power battery is virtually maintenance-free because they use one-way open valves to recombine internal gases into water, so there is no need to check for filling distilled water or monitoring the water level. Gel power battery is extremely strong and versatile. They are installed safely in places with limited ventilation because their gas/smoke production is very low (almost zero), which means you can even install batteries in your home.
General deep circulating gel power battery according to the different voltage can be divided into 6 volt gel deep cycle battery and 12v gel deep cycle battery, gel batteries of the two different voltage can be applied to different places, for example, telecommunication system and solar power, monitoring and control system, automation system, a data processing system, renewable energy systems (solar, wind and water and electricity), emergency lighting systems, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and port systems, in order to satisfy the demands of different power supply. Small self-discharge, good deep discharge performance, strong charging receptivity, small potential difference up and down, large capacity. In the low temperature start-up ability, charge retention ability, electrolyte retention ability, cycling endurance ability, vibration resistance, temperature resistance and other aspects of the performance is significantly improved. Stored at 20℃ room temperature for 2 years, it can be put into operation without charging.
Extensive adaptation to environment (temperature)
The gel battery for sale can be used in the temperature range from -40℃ to 65℃. Especially, it has good low temperature performance and is suitable for alpine areas.
