Customized Glass Fused To Steel Anaerobic Digester Tank With Super Corrosion Resistance
The glass fused to steel anaerobic biogas digester is a process which decomposes and converts the organic waste into biogas gas, the biological process is called anaerobic digester. The digester reaction needs to do it in some conditions, the decomposition needs to accomplish in the absence of oxygen environment, airtightness environment will be selected as a reactor . In order to achieve full reaction agitator and heating system are required, there is also some temperature requirements during the reaction , mesophiles are most efficient at moderate temperature ranges between 25°C - 40°C while thermophiles run most efficiently at higher ranges between 45°C - 80° C.

The high-temperature fusion of glass to steel fired at 800-950 degree results in an inert, durable finish. Applied to both interior and exterior, the GFS technology is able to withstand the rigorous of the construction site and provide many years of trouble-free service in harsh environments.
