ABS Injection Molding

- Good fusion with 372 plexiglass, widely used in two-color plastic parts, and the surface can be chrome plated and painted.

Drying Temperature 60-80℃
Drying Time 2.0-3.0 hr
Suggested Moisture Content <=0.20%
Rear Barrel Temperature 180-220℃
Middle Barrel Temperature 190-230℃
Front Barrel Temperature 210-240℃
Nozzle Temperature 200-240℃
Mold Temperature 40-80℃
