ABS Injection Molding

ABS injectionproducts are commonly used to make shells, boxes, parts, toys, etc. Extruded products are mostly plates, rods, pipes, etc., which can be hot pressed, compound processed and modeled.

- Good overall performance, high impact strength, chemical stability, good electrical performance.
- Good fusion with 372 plexiglass, widely used in two-color plastic parts, and the surface can be chrome plated and painted.
- There are high impact resistance, high heat resistance, flame retardant, reinforcement, transparency and other levels.

Drying Temperature 60-80℃
Drying Time 2.0-3.0 hr
Suggested Moisture Content <=0.20%
Rear Barrel Temperature 180-220℃
Middle Barrel Temperature 190-230℃
Front Barrel Temperature 210-240℃
Nozzle Temperature 200-240℃
Mold Temperature 40-80℃
