ABS Injection Molding

ABS injectionproducts are commonly used to make shells, boxes, parts, toys, etc. Extruded products are mostly plates, rods, pipes, etc., which can be hot pressed, compound processed and modeled.

Drying Time 2.0-3.0 hr
Suggested Moisture Content <=0.20%
Rear Barrel Temperature 180-220℃
Middle Barrel Temperature 190-230℃
Front Barrel Temperature 210-240℃
Nozzle Temperature 200-240℃
Mold Temperature 40-80℃
