What is the difference between CAT 5 Lan and CAT 6 Lan?
The transmission frequency of cable Lan CAT6is 1MHz ~ 250MHz. The PS-ACR of the Lan CAT 6 system should have a larger margin at 200MHz, which provides two times the bandwidth of CAT5. The transmission performance of CAT6 is much higher than that of CAT5, which is most suitable for applications with a transmission rate higher than 1Gbps. An important difference between CAT6 and CAT 5e Lan is that it improves the performance of crosstalk and return loss. For the new generation of full-duplex high-speed network applications, excellent return loss performance is very important. In the six standards, the basic link model is canceled, and the star topology is adopted in the routing standard. The required routing distance is: the length of the permanent link cannot exceed 90m, and the length of the channel cannot exceed 100m.
