General Description of Prepainted GalvanizedSteel Coil
As one of the reliable prepainted galvanized steel coil manufacturers, Pre-coated coil is a product obtained by chemical surface treatment (coating) of hot-dipped galvanized steel, galvanized steel coil or aluminum, followed by baking and curing.
the total thickness of the prepainted galvanized steel/precoated gi sheetcoil consists of the thickness of the base steel -- coating -- primer -- topcoat -- protective coating. The top coating is 10-25 microns thick and the back coating is 5-20 microns thick. The thinner the basic steel thickness, the higher the price of PPGI steel coil, because the processing cost will be higher.
Usually, the paint material is polyester (PE) and the back paint color is white and gray. Colors can be customized according to RAL color CARDS or customer samples. Can make special patterns, such as wood grain, flower pattern, camouflage, brick.
