Features of Magnetostrictive Level Transmitter
Features of Magnetostrictive Level Transmitter
When the sensor of the magnetostrictive level transmitter is working, the circuit part of the sensor will excite a pulse current on the waveguide wire. When the current propagates along the waveguide wire, a pulse current magnetic field will be generated around the waveguide wire. A float is provided outside the sensor measuring rod of the magnetostrictive liquid level transmitter, and this float can move up and down along with the changing of the liquid level along the measuring rod, which is different with RF admittance. Inside the float, there is a set of permanent magnetic rings.
High accuracy
Never requires re-calibration: set it & forget it.
Superior Sensor
Local indication with HMI display.
Dual compartment housing with separate fields.
Loop powered to 22m (75ft) probe length.
Total and/or interface level measurement.
Technical Advantages of Magnetostrictive Level Transmitter
Magnetostrictive level transmitter is suitable for the level measurement of clean liquid level with high precision requirements, the accuracy reaches 1mm, and the latest product accuracy can reach 0.1mm.
It can also be applied to the boundary measurement between two different liquids.
Explosion-proof design, suitable for dangerous occasions, the intelligent electronic circuit design can calculate the volume; the only movable part is afloat, and the maintenance is extremely low.
Magnetostrictive level gauges with suitable magnetostrictive level transmitter price are used for industrial measurement and control of liquid levels in various liquid tanks such as petroleum, chemical raw material storage, industrial processes, biochemistry, medicine, food and beverage, tank farm management and gas station underground storage, dam water level, reservoir Water level monitoring and sewage treatment, etc.
Application of Magnetostrictive Level Transmitter
With the rapid development of science and technology, high and new technology has been widely used in various industries. High-tech magnetostrictive level sensors are used for liquid level measurement of various storage tanks. This type of liquid level instrument has the characteristics of high precision, strong environmental adaptability, and easy installation.
Therefore, it is widely used in the field of liquid level measurement in petroleum, chemical industry, etc., and gradually replaces other traditional sensors and becomes the best in liquid level measurement.
The FEEJOY manufactured magnetostrictive level transmitters have been widely applied through out the industries, the China level transmitter manufacturer has integrated accurate, safe and reliable properties into the design of our magnetostrictive level indicators.
Magnetostrictive Level Transmitter FAQs
What parts is magnetostrictive liquid level gauge composed of?
Detection rod, circuit unit and float. During the measurement, the circuit unit generates a current pulse, which is transmitted down the magnetostrictive line and generates a ring-shaped magnetic field.
