Insulation Electric Hoist
The Insulated electric hoist with wireless remote controlis characterized by good insulation performance, which is mainly used for smelting workshops of electrolytic aluminium, magnesium, lead, zinc, copper and other non-ferrous metals. Its insulation system is installed in the drive and lifting mechanism of the trolley to ensure the resistance value of each point is not less than 1.01.0MΩ at room temperature.
The materials used for this kind of hoist should be of high strength and have good wear resistance. Its structure including a lifting mechanism, traveling mechanism, insulation system, electric control system, etc.
