PLS Battery is a professional lithium ion battery factorysince 2013, with 2 plants and over 300 employees, our main products cover lithium polymer batteries, lithium batteries. We have one plant focus on producing high conformity lithium ion cylindrical cells with automatically equipment, daily output is 0.5billion pieces. Meanwhile, more than 1 thousands of types lithium polymer battery cells, we keep producing common used models, which can meet customized requirements with short production time.
Li-ion Batteries
Li ion batteriesbecome one of the most popular types of rechargeable batteries for portable electronics as it’s high energy density, no memory effect, and slowself-discharge. The voltage of battery li ion polymer is 3.7V, full voltage is 4.2, and discharge cut off voltage is 2.5V/2.75V. The capacity of battery with li ion polymer depends on battery dimension and materials.
Lithium Polymer Batteries
Lithium ion (Li-ion) batteries are widely used in 3C products because lipo battery has high safety, high density. And lithium polymer batteries are variable cell sizes, battery cell thickness vary from 0.8mm to 12mm, length and width can be customized accordingly.
LiFePO4 Batteries
Lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries are a type of rechargeable lithium battery, with long cycle life, excellent thermal stability and safety. Li fe po battery is widely used in electric vehicles, backup power supplies in house, bank, school, etc.
Lithium Battery Packs
Lithium battery packs are assembled with Lithium ion, Lithium polymer, or LiFePO4 batteries, usually packed with PCB or BMS inside, for meeting different capacity, voltage, current, or even connectors requirements.

Among them, the LiCoO2series of custom lithium ion battery pack has the highest energy density and is the most popular cell using in the market.
