Vinyltriethoxysilane Description
CFS-080, Vinyltriethoxysilane is a vinyl functional silane with a hydrolysable ethoxy group. It is mainly used as a crosslinking agent and an adhesion promoter in coatings, sealants and plastics compounds. It is the counterpart of Momentive Silquest A-151 or Dynasylan VTEO.
Vinyltriethoxysilane Application
CFS-080 can be used as a silane crosslinker for the preparation of crosslinked cables and pipes. It is suitable for crosslinking various organic polymers such as polyethylene and polyesters.
CFS-080 can be used as a grafting agent to offer improved heat-resistance, tear strengths and tensile to various resin-based composites.
CFS-080 can be used to enhance wet and dry adhesion to a variety of inorganic materials. It’s suitable for paints & coatings, adhesives & sealants industries.
CFS-080 can be used as an important co-polymerization additive in the processing of RTV silicone rubbers and other OH functional polymers.
CFS-080 can be used for the preparation of sealants for electronic encapsulating materials.
CFS-080 can be used as a water scavenger for the moisture-proof treatment of electronics components.

CFS-080 is offered in 25L PE pails, 200L PVF steel drums and 1000L IBC totes.

Vinyltriethoxysilane Storage
CFS-080 should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place, and avoid exposure to humidity.
CFS-080 should be stored in its original containers and used up as soon as possible after opening.
When stored in a strictly sealed and unopened container, CFS-080 has a shelf life of 12months.
