Pallet Flow Racking
Pallet Flow Racking, also called Pallet Gravity Racking, or Gravity Roller Pallet Racking, is high density storage solution, FIFO (first in first out). The main parts of gravity flow pallet racking: frame, connect beam, rollers, the pallets go into the channel smoothly as the roller gravity design. In terms of such flow through racking, there is braking rollers in the middle parts and stopper rollers in the end. The gravity racks for pallets can keep the pallet in a stable speed, and make sure the safety of the whole system.
The Features of Pallet Flow Racking
Fewer Aisle, around 70% space saving;
8-9 pallets position in the depth direction;
Forklift no need go into the racking area, just put the pallets on the rollers;
Saving space and labor cost, forklift no need go into the aisle, few damages happens.
