How Does Air Ride Suspension for Buses Work?
Air ride suspension kit is a device located between the bus frame and axle, which uses air bag and shock absorber to mitigate and attenuate the impact and vibration caused by the ground, and transfer various forces and moments between the wheel and the frame (or body).The function of the air ride suspension trailer is to withstand and transmit vertical loads, to alleviate and restrain the impact caused by uneven roads, and also to alleviate the impact caused by emergency braking, acceleration and turning, or changes in the position of the vehicle body, and the main function of the air shock is to generate a damping force, thereby rapidly attenuating the vibration of the bus and improving the driving comfort of the bus.
