Waterproof Magnets With Parylene Coated
A kind of high polymer thermoplastic polymer, which consists of monomer p-xylene uniformly distributed in the gap and surface of the coating under vacuum, and then polymerized is parylene coating.Parylene coating was applied on of NdFeB magnets,neodymium(NdFeB) magnets with parylene coated known as waterproof and corrosion resistant magnets.
The rust-resistant property of parylene coated neodymium magnetsis much better than that of epoxy, spray, dip and other coating methods. The thickness of parylene coating can be from 1 μ m to 50 μ M, it can be adjusted arbitrarily in the range of 50 μ M. Due to the operation efficiency of vapor in vacuum, the pinhole free film can be formed, and the thickness of the film can be accurately controlled for parylene coated waterproof magnets.
