Brake Assembly Line
Independent research and development and manufacture of forklift brake assembly line. The equipment adopts the leading two-stage bed plane conveying structure design, which improves the utilization rate of the flow channel to 100% (the upper and lower conveying methods of traditional equipment work in the upper flow channel, and the lower flow channel can only be used for conveying follow-up tooling), and the flow channel uses 2.5 Double differential chain heavy-duty transmission, can assemble products weighing about 30kg. The overall equipment occupies a small area, beautiful in appearance, and it is easier to realize automatic and semi-automatic installation procedures.

Reasonable distribution shall be adopted in combination with the brake assembly process. Using the flow channel transmission, the automatic manipulator completes the brake assembly process.
