Ceramic tile unglazed wear tester

Applicable standards:

GB/T 3810.6-2016: This standard specifies the test method for the wear resistance of unglazed bricks, which is suitable for the wear resistance test of various unglazed ceramic tiles and mosaics.

ISO/DIS 10545-6: Suitable for wear resistance testing of unglazed ceramic tiles.

Main parameters:

Speed: refers to the speed of driving steel wheel rotation in the tester. Common speed ranges may vary depending on standards or test needs, but are usually able to meet the wear resistance test needs of different materials. For example, the speed of some testers may be set to 75rpm.

Steel wheel diameter and thickness: Steel wheel is used for ceramic tile surface contact and wear parts. Its diameter and thickness have important influence on the test results. The common steel wheel diameter may be around 200mm, and the thickness varies according to the design of the tester.

Falling speed of abrasive: The falling speed of abrasive (such as sand) also has an impact on the test results. The tester is usually able to control the falling speed of the abrasive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test. For example, the abrasive drop speed of some testers may be set to 100g 100r±10g according to the unglazed brick test standard.

Sample size: The size of the ceramic tile sample used for testing should meet the requirements of the tester. Common sample sizes may include specific lengths, widths, and thicknesses.

Measuring range and accuracy: The measuring range of the tester refers to the maximum and minimum wear or related parameters that it can measure. Measurement accuracy refers to the accuracy and reliability of the tester in the measurement process. These parameters are useful for evaluating ceramic tiles
