Injection Grade Polyphenylene Ether
Injection grade polyphenylene ether (PPO) has a variety of uses, including the following:
Automotive: PPO has a wide range of applications in automotive manufacturing. Due to its excellent heat resistance and dimensional stability, PPO is commonly used in the manufacture of automotive wings, bonnet covers, wing panels, wheel covers, flow stops and other components. In addition, PPO's lightweight characteristics also help to reduce vehicle weight and improve fuel efficiency.
Electrical and electronic field: PPO also has important applications in the electrical and electronic field. Its excellent electrical properties and high temperature resistance make it an ideal material for the manufacture of high-precision electronic components.PPO's high dielectric strength, suitable for high-frequency electric field field, and its dielectric constant and dielectric loss in the engineering plastics is smaller, almost independent of temperature and humidity.
