Fischer Tropsch wax specilized for candles
Fischer-Tropsch waxes are used in candle manufacturing to improve product performance and reduce costs. Its properties include high purity, low viscosity, moderate melting point and good melting properties to optimise the burning characteristics and appearance of candles.
Optimisation of combustion properties: Fischer-Tropsch wax burns with a stable flame and emits less black smoke, which effectively reduces pollution during the combustion process. Its high carbon content prolongs the burning time, making it suitable for religious ceremonies or emergency lighting scenarios. In addition, the stable molecular structure reduces the shrinkage rate when the candle cools down, reducing the problem of surface depression or unevenness.
Enhancement of appearance: Fischer-Tropsch Oxide can make the surface of candles smoother, the colour more evenly dispersed, and present a brighter visual effect when burning, especially suitable for decorative candles.
Cost reduction: Compared with natural wax, Fischer-Tropsch wax is cheaper and less expensive to add, which reduces raw material costs and improves production efficiency.
