Coatings Sector

Acrylate Micronized wax, via core-shell structure design, enhance coating scratch resistance. The core layer provides mechanical strength, while the shell layer, through functionalisation, reduces surface friction coefficients and disperses external impact forces, resulting in over threefold improvement in abrasion resistance. ‌

Ink Applications

Polyethylene Micronized wax and fluorinated Micronized wax (e.g., PTFE) reduce printing friction wear through self-lubricating film formation and low friction coefficients. Their anti-adhesion properties prevent ink caking, thereby enhancing printing efficiency. ‌

Plastics Processing
