Straight Razor Wire
Straight razor wire, similar to thebarbed wire, is used in straight lines at the top of the wire mesh fences or walls to prevent intruders and thieves from entering the places.
In more applications, the straight razor wires are welded together to form a rigid fence panel structure, which is similar to thewelded wire fence panel.
Specifications of straight razor wire
- Material:
- Razor tape:high carbon, medium carbon steel sheet or stainless steel sheet.
- Core wire:hot dipped galvanized steel wire or stainless steel wire.
- Surface treatment:electric galvanized, hot dipped galvanized or PVC coating.
- Razor type:BTO-22 or BTO-30. Other types can be customized according to your requirements.
- Mesh size:
- Diamond meshes:75 mm × 150 mm, 150 mm × 300 mm.
- Square meshes:100 mm × 100 mm.
- Rectangular meshes:75 mm × 150 mm, 50 mm × 200 mm, 100 mm × 150 mm.
- Fence width:1.2 m – 2.4 m.

The meshes of straight razor wire fence panel can be diamond, square or rectangular, which can supply high security protection for the site.

Colors of straight razor wire fence
The straight razor wire is made of high carbon steel or medium carbon steel sheet or wires. It can also be made of stainless steel steel sheet or wires. The steel wires are treated in galvanization or PVC coating. They all have excellent corrosion and rust resistance performance. The PVC coating straight razor wire can supply red, orange, blue, green and any colors based on RAL colors to blend with surrounding environments.

Structure of straight razor wire fence
According to different razor wire fence component, the razor wire fence can be divided into two types:
- Razor and steel wire type. The horizontal wires are round steel wires and the vertical wires are straight razor wires. It has simple structure to be used in the normal applications.
- All razor wire type. The horizontal and vertical wires are all straight razor wire. It can supply maximum security for the site.
