The single screw oil press machineproduced by Guangxin Manufacturer is suitable for squeezing oil from various kinds of vegetable seeds like the peanut, sunflower seed, sesame, rapeseed, soybean, cottonseed.
The series of screw type oil pressmachine combined with the electric heater has the function of automatically heating the press chamber before pressing, which saves labor and time. The heater can also keep the temperature when the machine stops.
We supply multiple choices for processing capacity from 1 ton to 20 tons per day, which can be used in rural small oil processing workshop or big oil mill factory. We can supply specific models of oil press machines according to customer’s requirements, like which kind of raw materials and the processing capacity is required. This will help the customers gain a higher working efficiency when using the machine.

Working principle of Single Screw Oil Press :
Under the combined effects of several forces, such as the pressure generated as the space in the squeeze chest becoming smaller, the propulsion of the revolving spiral axes, the resistance of the multilateral arc curves on the squeeze loops, the extrusion & friction between the oil plants, oil squeezed from the oil plants comes out from the squeeze bars and the grooves of the squeeze loops. The residue is conveyed to the end of the press chest and discharges in thin strips of oil cake from the space between the cake adjuster and the loop for the cake out. Then the whole separation process of oil from oil plants is completed.
