TDW-S SERIES SLAG REMOVER/CATCHER
TDW-S SERIES SLAG REMOVER/CATCHER uses the self-developed technology, swelling the raw materials in proper temperature and chilling the heated material. The technology can make sure the slag-off performance and greatly reduce the dust. TDW slag remover can effectively remove slag and avoid of immersing other sundries into the casting parts during smelting.

USAGE&DOSAGE
The usage result of slag remover/catcher depends to a great extent on the correct use method. We recommend that engineers or workers must strictly control the usage amount. The process of adding slag catcher is the process of removing slag and is also the processing of slagging to
the metal liquid. When amount the of usage is too much, the slag catcher can also change to nonmetallic impurities, thus increasing labor intensity and extending the time of removing slag.
To avoid the above problems and give full play to our slag catcher effect, please minimize the amount of usage.
Normally the application amount is no more than 1.2 litre per ton
