Weigh 108.61 g of MES sodium salt in 750 mL of dh2o;
Using concentrated HCl to adjust to the required pH value, this method will produce NaCl in 0.12m-0.38m concentrated stock solution;

Filtration sterilization (recommended) or high-pressure sterilization;
Store below 4 ° C.
Note: equal molar concentration of MES sodium salt and MES free acid can be mixed to a pH value of about 6.1. The pH can be adjusted by increasing the molar ratio of MES free acid
