Configuration:
1. Mash/lauter tun, whirlpool tank/ kettle, 1000L, 2 vessel
2. Fermentation tanks 2000L *3, 1000*3
3. Glycol tank 3000L, glycol chiller 5P*2, glycol pump 5T
5. CIP cleaning sysytem: can be CIP tank or CIP cellar pump
6. Control system: can be semi-automatic/ PLC full automatic
7. Keg/bottle/cans filling system
Quality Standard:
1. All the machines will be customized to 3 phase 220/380v/440v/480vvolts, 50/60hertz;
2. Construct with high quality SUS 304 food grade stainless steel, all fitting &valves are tri-clamped; all labels are English;
3. All the welding is TIG full welded;
4. All tanks are Mirror polish inside, welds grinded to Ra 0.4um;
5. All tanks welds will be acid cleaning;
6. All tanks will be tested before leaving from factory; Test pressure: 3Bar, jacket working pressure: 2Bar;
