Reasons for Low Capacity of Sawdust Pellet Mill

Sawdust pellet mill is a kind of machinery which applying to process sawdust. Sawdust pellet machine can suppress materials which are not oily and drying divergent materials, such as eucalyptus, eucalyptus tree branches, sawdust, wood shavings and other wood waste. There are different problems with the sawdust pellet mill with the increase of usage time. Here are the causes of production decline of sawdust pellet mill:

1. Change the parameter of screen

As we all know that the length of screen decides the screening efficiency and the width of screen affect the output of sawdust pellet mill. Then in order to increase the production, we could change the way of feeding. It is necessary to feed the feedstock along with the full width of screen. This could not only make full use of the screen but also avoid idle resources. Decrease the ratio of pasty holes on the screen. It is acceptable to add more bounce balls to clean up the screen with the ultrasonic devices. If the hole on the screening is blocked, that will decrease the output of feedstock and reduce the production of sawdust pellet mill. It’s an ideal way to keep the holes on the screen totally unimpeded.

2. Regulate the dip angle of sawdust pellet mill. The appropriate dip angle is beneficial to reduce the thickness of feedstock and it could realize blanket charging. As we all know, a large number of input of feedstock lead to heavy silting of them and reduce the efficiency of screening. It could even damage the sieve and it’s bad for the sawdust pellet mill.

3. Increase the powder of motors. Powder of motor is the main driving force of sieving and they are the main force of sieving. Proper increase of powder of motor could increase the output of sawdust pellet mill.
