1. The gear case of our machine is driven by a precise gear and the allocation of the automatic hydraulic oil recycling system guarantees the stability and long service life of the gear case.
2. The vertical electric motor runs vertically and the output shaft serves as the center of the motor’s installation hole who has the equally spaced position structure, which makes the machine more powerfully and stably.
3. The draught fan system lying on one side of the pelletizing room will help to remove dust and vapor out of the machine.
4. The work pieces of the tree bark pellet machine such as the ring die and pinch roller are made of alloy steel through heat treatment by our company. The hardness of them can reach grade 52, which not only guarantees the pelletizing effect but also prolong the service life.
