Tederic has comprehensive horizontal plastic injection molding machineto meet the needs of each customer. It owns DT toggle system series, DH two-plate series, DE electric series, DD multi-component series four major product lines and also intelligent injection molding MES system---TCloud, Our clamping parts and injection parts use modular design, and derived a total of more than 200 machine specifications. The clamping force of the Tederic machineranges from 40 tons to 7,000 tons. The injection parts are various, including standard two-cylinder injection, precision single-cylinder injection, electric injection, and extra large volume injection. Meanwhile, horizontal plastic injection moulding machinehas the following characteristics: maximum injection weight up to 500KG; barrel heating temperature up to 400-5000C; temperature control accuracy of +0.050C; positioning accuracy of 0.01mm; response speed Up to 20 milliseconds; maximum injection pressure of 300-400 MPa; maximum injection speed of 500 mm/s.
