TDF Flange MachineProducts Information
TDF flange is well seal and low cost, suitable for small size duct connection. The machine makes one side TDF flange and the forms Clip. 16 forming stations produce an intefral flange while another 9 forming stations produce clip. With compact design, this machine can be taken to construction site easily.

TDF Flange Forming Machine Capabilities
One side forms TDF flange and the other forms Clip 15 forming stations produce an integral flange while another 10 forming stations produce clip
Flange uses approximately 42mm and clip uses approx.52mm material A small parts feeder is included for parts with a minimum width of 140mm No adjustment required when changing from 18 to 27 gauge (0.4-1.2mm) material
Manufacturing speed of approximately 26FPM(8m/min)
