QJH910J Rapier Jacquard Loom
We offer a range of electronic jacquard rapier looms to meet different customers’ weaving needs. QJH910J rapierjacquard machinehas extensive fabric adaptability; it is suitable for weaving cotton, blended, chemical fiber and other light, heavy jacquard fabrics such as decorative cloth, tie cloth, hometex and etc.
SALIENT FEATURES
This electronic jacquard automatic loomis equipped with high power main motor with inverter, updated program and software, and can realize variable speed weaving. Adapting 32 bit microcomputer control, our jacquard loom has the functions of automatic weft stop, automatic warp stop, empty weft, multi weft and positioning stop. The loom will automatically detect and display error. Parameters like fabric pattern, tension, weft density can be easily input on panel or by USB and wireless way. The jacquard will automatically gather data of stop, output and efficiency as parameter. Other features like slow motion picking finding can also be realized on this electronic jacquard loom. The loom machinecan match electronic jacquard with hook range 1344~12288, from brands including Staubli, S&S, Changshu, Senhui, Zhongjian, Wumu and etc.
