This form fill and seal machine for sale can automatically complete the functions of bag making, adjustable measurement, filling, date printing, sealing, cutting, and counting;
An optimal combination of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems in the main mechanism structure of the machine enables perfect results with low energy and air consumption.
Automatic control and easier installation of packaging film.
Using the Servo motor in the filling system of the machine gets high accuracy.
Remote controls such as bag length and adjustment photocell remote, heat and filling timing, etc. are designed in easily accessible positions on the control panel.
Operating the machine has been controlled by a PLC system and touch screens.
Capable of filling and packaging a variety of powder products containing fine powder granules, pulses, beans tea coffee, sugar, and rice.
The volume of materials is calculated by the volume method of screw feeding;
Filling Range: From 10g to 1000g depending upon bulk density of products
Output: Up to 60bpm, according to the final product size and the filling volume；
Pack Size: Width 30-150mm， Length 30-165mm；
The machine has three-side stitching, backstitching, or four-side stitching system. This is optional to the clients;
Applicable Material: Transparent composite film, filter paper, non-woven fabric, color printing composite film, color aluminized film;
