If you go out to collect semen, the quantity is generally not very large, but when you go into mountainous areas, you often use portable small-diameter liquid nitrogen tanks, mostly with a capacity of 6 liters and 10 liters. Although there are also smaller ones of 3 liters, they are static liquids. The storage time of nitrogen is short, and under such dynamic conditions, liquid nitrogen will evaporate faster, so its use is not recommended;
There is also a 16-liter capacity option, which is a small vehicle-mounted tank with better stability and longer storage time of liquid nitrogen.
For long-term storage of frozen semen, you can choose a 30-liter or 35-liter liquid nitrogen tank with a diameter of 125mm. It has a static storage time of about 3 months. It is very suitable for long-term storage at home. Frequent replenishment of liquid nitrogen is not required. The quantity is between 5,000-20,000, which can meet the needs of most frozen semen users.
To sum up, you can choose 6 liters, 10 liters, or 16 liters of liquid nitrogen tanks with a diameter of 50mm for out-of-town semen collection; you can choose 30, 35 liters, and 125mm diameter tanks for long-term storage. Of course, the quantity of frozen semen stored cannot be ignored!
