5XHFC series air screen cleaner and grader is a update machine from 5XHC series , it on the base of environmental protection cleaning function of 5XHC series cleaning machine, update the screen sifting system to 3 layers or 4 layers, can clean out the big and small size impurities. And in same time by changing screen, can dividing the good seeds into different levels by size.
The elevator transport system, we adopt Adopt double cylinder ultra-low speed elevator, makes the crushing rate is less than 0.1%.
In the environmental protection air dust cleaning system, adopt two times closed air dust cleaning, can effectively separate straws awns, dust and other kinds of light impurities out.
In the screen cleaning system, will sift our the big size and small size impurities according to the seed geometry size (length, width, thickness).
The vibration motor not only makes the machine compact structure, reduces the failure rate no special requirements for the use of the place, can mobile operation.
