W43T Leveling Machine Working Principle

1. The patented technology of sub-roller drive is adopted to eliminate the mechanical interference and negative torque phenomenon between the rollers and various problems arising therefrom, prolong the life of the work roll and protect the surface of the workpiece.
2. The sub-roller drive enables the medium and heavy plates to also realize the linear decompression leveling method, which conforms to the steel plate leveling law and achieves the required leveling accuracy. Due to the gradual decrease in the amount of bending, compared with the large-deformation leveling method of parallel bending, the total deformation of the material is reduced, and the total leveling force and total power consumption are reduced, which saves energy.

3. The plate leveler adopts an integral closed frame, the ribs are arranged reasonably in the four-corner large arc transition, the rigidity and strength are good, and the appearance of plate straightening machines is beautiful and the lines are smooth.
4. All rolling bearings, worm gearboxes, screw rods, and other motions are centralized lubricated by two-line electric oil feeders, and there is no alarm safety device.

Sectional housing. The plate leveler adopt Germany SMS company technology. It can save energy. Because the plate leveler adopts grouping driving patents and self-aligning bearings, so the main motor has small power.
Adopt driving patent. The plate leveler devides the working rollers into two groups. Each group pf working rollers are driven by one motor and a reducer so that it has high efficiency.
The whole structure of the metal fabrication equipment is sectional modularity. Some quick-wear parts such as bearings, seal-ring, back up roll, working roller, etc are conveniently to replace.
