Automatic Egg Carton Production Line

Paper egg carton/egg box is a popular pulp molded package, which is used for the boutique packaging of eggs, usually, we can find in the supermarket. Customers can also print or label on the surface of the egg carton, which can increase the profit of the egg carton selling.

The pulp making system of the egg carton production line is equipped with high-concentration hydrapulper, high-frequency vibrating screen, adjustable refiner and other professional pulp manufacturing equipment to ensure the quality of pulp is good enough to produce high-quality egg cartons.

The dryer designed by our company is one kind of automatic drying line which is specially matched with large and medium-sized egg carton machines. It can quickly dry the formed wet egg carton, and the multi-layer drying design can effectively improve the drying effect and save energy and space occupation.

Because the egg carton is boutique packaging, the quality must be better than the common egg tray, so there required hot-press shaping egg carton manufacturing process, to make the surface of egg carton more beautiful. We have two options for the customers: manual operation type (900~1000pcs/h), automatic hot-press shaping unit.

The automatic palletizing machine is connected to the automatic drying line, which can also effectively improve the production efficiency of large and medium-sized production lines and save labor.
