Silicon Core Pipe Extrusion Line
HDPE silicon core pipe is a new type of three-layer composite pipe with silicone solid lubricant in the middle layer, which has good sealing performance, chemical corrosion resistance and low engineering cost. Silicon core pipe is widely used in optical cable communication network system of highways, railways and so on. It is extruded and compounded synchronously by three plastic extruders. The main raw material is high-density polyethylene, and the core layer is silicone, a solid lubricant with the lowest friction coefficient.
