Container Flooring
Container flooring, produced by a large-scale bamboo-based panel manufacturer and service provider in China--Fujian HeQiChang Bamboo Industrial Co., Ltd. is the bamboo-wood composite board used for new, reconditioned and old containers and truck compartments. It is made of the bamboo mat, wood veneer, or PSF (phenolic surface film) as the surface layer, and several layers of bamboo units and wood units are glued together as the core layer. Containers are the most important format for ocean transport. So, container flooring which is one of the most important part of Containers, plays a significant role of ocean transport as well. Containers usage environment on the sea is hot and humid, but its inside environment is a relatively closed environment.
During the daytime, the interior temperature can reach 40 ℃ to 70 ℃. The humidity increases at night. This high moisture level creates high requirements for temperature moisture resistance. Containers are loaded by forklift and transported frequently with destructed effect upon the floor, so wear resistance and hardness requirements are high. As the main load-bearing component, the flooring is an important part of the container and must have high strength, rigidity, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, and also be lightweight, easy to maintain, and economic.
