Military Pullover
army pulloversometime is known as military jumper or military sweater. It often is used in cold weather and dry condition. With special warm and lightweight fabric, features breathable and comfortable, these army pullovers enable soldiers keep warm and easy to move when they are in training and operation.
Appliction of Military Pullover
In Britain, in addition to the army and marines wear sweaters, the navy and air force also widely wear them, and the color is changed to the blue of the air force uniform or the blue and black of the navy uniform according to local conditions. After the 1980s, Western militaries adopted the British army uniform sweater, and also followed the British shirt collar outward wearing style. The U.S. Army was the fastest and most widespread learner. In addition, the sweater could be worn with the camouflage uniform used for combat operations, but the top of the camouflage uniform had to be worn over the standard sweater. The sweater may also be worn under a raincoat or overcoat. However, sweaters are strictly prohibited on official occasions, including parades, ceremonies, inspections and other military operations.
Color of Military Pullover
The U.S. Air Force sweater is blue, and the same as the Marines wear. The shoulders and elbows are sewn with patches. The only significant difference is that the Marines have a round collar. The Air Force is a V-neck. The V-neck is designed because the Air Force is required to wear a tie when wearing woolen shirts. From this point of view. The Marine Corps wears more "with the fit". Not only can the Marines wear their sweaters under their camouflage combat uniforms, but they don't need to wear a tie when wearing sweaters. The image of the Air Force is: blue pants with a light blue shirt and a blue tie, before finally being able to put on a sweater.
