Wellhead & X-mas Tree Assembly
The well head assembly consists of three parts; casing head, tubing head and Christmas tree, which is mainly used to control the pressure of producing wellhead and adjust the flow of oil or gas wells, also available to acid fracturing, water injection, tests and other special operations and can meet the requirements of working conditions of all kinds, with ideal seal and high safety factors.

Casing head
The casing head housing is made of low alloy steel for being convenient to connect with outer casing on the spot in all kinds of ways; welding, threading, slipping etc.
The casing hanger seat is equipped with a shoulder of angle of 45 degrees, which can bear the load put on the hanger by the casing string.
A cone-shape seal surface is set in the housing, so users can choose the mandrel hanger.
It is convenient and fast to install on the spot if the casing string weight-set hanger is selected.

•If required, it can be designed in integral or split structure.
•The connecting type of casing head and surface casing is weld, thread and slip type.
•The connecting type of side outlet includes thread, bolted flange and flange
•Matched casing hanger structural type: slip, thread(mandrel);
•In the bottom of casing head and casing spool sets casing secondary seal mechanism and sealing test port.
Tubing head
Tubing hanger for tubing head has straight type seat bore and 45°core of hanging shoulder, with strong loading ability.
•The connecting type of side outlet is bolted flange with VR thread for valve-replacement operation.
•In the bottom flange sets secondary seal mechanism and sealing test port.
•Tubing hanger and tubing head adaptor can be penetrated through by cable or cable penetrator and set with control pipeline interface.
•Tubing hanger can be set with BPV thread as required.
