High concentration ozone dissolved water machine
. The advantages of this system are high automatic control level and high concentration ozone dissolved water. With ORP on-line analyzer, it is a kind of integrated equipment with ozone generation, ozone mixing, on-line detection and ozone destructor. This equipment is specially used in pharmacy, hospital, chemical, food industry, etc.
2 With the advanced technology in the world, it is easy to operate but generate high concentration ozonated water. All devices are installed on one frame to avoid taking up more space by mixing system and trouble in transportation.
3 This equipment not only produces high concentration ozone dissolved water, but also can detect online and destruct tail ozone gas. Equipment can be monitored at any time to make sure the safety of operator and environment. It is more humanization.
IV Working Principal
High concentration ozone dissolved water machine generates ozone gas to dose into water by venturi injector and meanwhile mix ozone with water by special mixing device to achieve high concentration ozonated water.
1. Structure instruction:
（1）Main power distribution system: Single loop 380V/3ph/50Hz with three-phase four wire system or three-phase 5 wire system. If it is three-phase four wire system, an additional earth line is needed.
（2）Ozone system: it includes one ozone generator unit (OGU), one power supply unit (PSU), water treatment pipeline and valve, ozone pipeline and valve, cooling water pipeline and other equipments. The ozone generator’s work frequency is 1400Hz. The power of PSU is 2 kW
（3）Meter equipments include on-line control meter and on-site control meter, such as temperature transmitter, ozone gas flow meter, pressure gauge, ORP monitor, etc.
（4） Ozone Dosing System : include two units of imported booster pump, one unit of injector, one unit of backflow prevention device and one solenoid valve.
（5） Ozone Mixing System: include one ozone mixing tank and one automatic exhaust valve.
（6） Ozone Destructor: include ozone destruction tank, catalyst and one heater.
