．Characteristic：
wire feed by payoff or direct connect to extruder.
Coil productive output is 4 time than by manual (take 200m coil for example).
After coil, can be connected to packing by automatic Poly film wrapping machine and marked.
If wrapping after coiling, the productive output is 7 time than manual.
This machine use servo motor flat cable system. good for looking.
Use touch screen type man-machine operation panel. easy to operate.
Microcomputer can save 99 kinds different coil size, when you change production, just read the data saved to produce, no need to set the data again.
This machine has automatic error detection function, when fault it will alarm.

Power：AC 380V，three-phase，50Hz(china)，up to customer.
Operation direction：right hand machine﹙wire coming from left hand direction﹚，up to customer.
Applicable wire size：Φ1-Φ12mm car wire, building wire, electronic control cable, soft diet electricity cable.
Coil head rotation speed：780 RPM Max.。
Coil size：
ODΦ400mm Max. × Height from 50～120mm ;
Coil inner diameter from: Φ140～Φ220mm﹙fixed size﹚
Coil feed style mode：hold coil type.
Meter counter：meter from 0.01m-9999m，forecast automatic slow down，reach the length automatic coil action.
Flat cable device：Use servo motor flat cable, synchronous with coiling machine.
Whole machine electric loop control: use Mitsubishi microcomputer program controller﹙PLC﹚
Operation panel use man- machine port﹙Graphic Operator Interface﹚。
Meter & switch of operation panel：touch screen、speed governing bottom、emergency switch. speed can be adjusted on touch screen or by speed governing bottom.
PLC keep the port of power frequency spark tester:﹙customer self-prepare﹚
Use on spark test of BV wire ,can keep on coiling after automatic spark over or marked by manual.
PLC keep the port of diameter gauge:﹙customer self-prepare﹚
When the diameter do not reach the mark, can keep on coiling after automatic excluded scrap wire or marked by manual.


3.Mechanical construct：

Coiling head :
Horizon coiling open-close is controlled by air pressure propeller. when reach the length setting, stop coiling automatically, t he head close and up vertically, won’t take the wire end or sticky coil.
Flat cable system:
Flat cable system is totally controlled by computer, driven by Mitsubishi servo motor through linear bearing. Get main motor signal by encoder, keep synchronization between servo motor and main motor.
Flat cable act coordinately, coil good at looking.
Cutter :
Gate type cutter: when reach the length setting, cut automatically. double cutter are made from SKD-11 special steel, after vacuum heating treatment, make it hard and long life.
Hold coil system :
After finish coil, coil-holding device will hold the coil tight, take it to packing plate.
Control plate:
Man-machine control port system，control easily from touch screen directly.
Computer can control speed, length, warning system, line-speed adjustment, indicator, emergency and reset function.
When running ,the data of length, diameter, speed etc. can be changed, no need to stop the machine, and the speed and the length display on the screen.
Microcomputer can save 99 kinds different coil size, when you change production, just read the data saved to produce, no need to set the data again.
Driven motor:
Coil system：7.5HP × 4P AC motor+ vector control unit
Flat cable system：Mitsubishi 400W servo motor+ Mitsubishi servo drive.

4. Meter counter :
Each one wheel on up & down, use accuracy encoder(Encoder﹚to count meter，accurate to CM.
Meter counter wheels are made from aluminum Alloy material, up-wheel can be glazed china hardly treatment, down-wheel be covered by rubber spring to protect wire from being hurt, and equipped single way bearing, to prevent from wire dropping back.
