LMJ-Q4-1600 1.6m Full-automatic stone Bush Hammering and Antiquing Machine
Based on the structure of LMJ series of two heads hammering machine,this machine is added with another crossbeam with extra two heads.All four heads equipped on both crossbeam are PLC controled,which are not only able to work together but also be operated individual.
With faster working speed,lower cost and higher efficiency,the capacity of this machine can be up to 60-80 sq m,while the comprehensive cost is only RMB2.00.With a crossover running mode of the two crossbeams,slabs won't be processed repeatedly,so the final finish will be much evener and flatter and the surface looks natural and beautiful.
The method to achieve an antique surface:replace the hammer ingheads #3 and #4 with two polishing brushes,then heads #1 and#2 do hammering jobs while #3 and #4 do polishing.In this way,the working demands to get an antique result will be successfully finished only once,thus will efficienctly reduce the processing cost and obtain more economic profit.
