DescriptionTumblast Casting machines (MB) are used for bulk, tumble proof material. The product range includes a comprehensive range of machines for desanding and decoring castings and for descaling forgings or heat-treated work piece. The work piece are continuously tumbled during the blasting process. A special anti-abrasive rubber belt arranged as a cradle receives the pieces to be treated and with its movement maintains them in a constant tumble.Application1. Desanding and decoring of castings.2. Descaling of castings, forgings and heat treated parts.3. Shot peening (without process security).4. Deburring of plastic and rubber parts.
The rubber tumblast shot blast machines are the ideal way to clean and finish batches ofcomponents such as castings and small fabrications. And it is No-Pit ,easy for installation andoperation. All models are self contained and include abrasive reclaim systems, separator anddust collector.
