Characteristics of aluminized zinc steel plate:
Zinc is active in chemical properties, at room temperature in the air, the surface of a thin and dense alkali zinc carbonate film, can prevent further oxidation, and aluminum in the air, can form an insoluble oxide layer, in which the barrier protection function.
Aluminized zinc plate can be used in high temperature environment up to 315 degrees.
Aluminized zinc plate has a high reflectivity, its thermal reflectivity is almost 2 times of galvanized steel, which is very suitable for the use of steel metal roof, can achieve energy-saving effect.
Excellent adhesion between aluminized zinc plate and paint. No pretreatment or weathering is required to apply paint.
