The difference of single color and multicolor eraser manufacturing machineis the quantity of extruder, one color needs at least one extruder and the size of an extruder is smaller than single color extruder. Heat transfer printing line adds one thermal printing machine compared with single color eraser line, while could print the different design on the surface of the eraser. Carton eraser is produced by injection molding machine and could have different shape by change mold, the final products shape mostly is not regular while most of the products are regularly made by extruding machine.
For the extruding machine, prepare dry raw material (TPR/ PVC granular), add the raw material into the hopper, the screw will do compression and grind job, at the same time the barrel is heating the raw material make them melting state. The screw will give pressure and extruding the raw material out, then through the cooling channel and after cutting to be erasers. For the operation of the eraser machine is very easy as our machine is very automatic and it does not need a big place. Besides, no matter man or women could both handle this job as it does not need too much labor.
