Our business covers LVT, WPC, SPC, and other floor coating machinery, R&D of LED cold light,surface coating equipmentfor plant, automatic spraying equipment, IR drying, and UV drying equipment, printing, and coating production line, sander, circulation drying kin, various conveyors, leather, sports flooring and etc.
This series of production line is designed for UV surface coating of ultra-wide PVC coil and sheet flooring, and UV coating is carried out for products less than 2 meters wide. After this line processing, the PVC coil floor is dirt-resistant, wear-resistant, antibacterial, green, and fireproof.
UV painting production process
By using the production line operation form of automatic spraying, low-temperature rapid curing, and high-speed operation, the UV coating process belongs to the small-scale and large-scale automatic production process, which produces polyurethane PU coating with fast-drying, high gloss, good fresh reflection, and good color fixation performance.
