Nickel aluminum bronzes are available in both cast and wrought product forms and have a unique combination of properties:
Excellent wear and galling resistance
High strength
Density (10% lighter than steel)
Non-sparking
Low magnetic permeability (of＜1.03μ in selected grades)
High corrosion resistance
Good stress corrosion properties
Good cryogenic properties
High resistance to cavitation
Damping capacity twice that of steel
High resistance to bio-fouling
A protective oxide surface film that has the ability to self-repair.

The Contoured body-disc diffuser arrangement assures venturi flow characteristics ensuring mininal pressure drop and streamlined flow;
Eyebolt hook design upon size ≥4", easy for on-site installation;
Spring return design live-load;
Providing optimum pressure recovery performance and minimum pressure lost and fluid turbulence;
Integral metal seat applicable for high temp application;
Retainer-less design for pin and disc connection;
Suitable for all installation positioners;
Reduce bearing load with long-lasting usage of disc and diffuser;
Streamlined body design with low flow resistance.
